Product Summary

The BTS740S2 is designed as one kind of N channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input, diagnostic feedback and proportional load current sense monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology that providing embedded protective functions. There are basic functions and protection functions, as well as diagnostic functions for this module.
